DYEING

Our fabric processing division been equipped with advanced and computerized dyeing machineries aligned in a way achieving international finishes as per customer requirements. It has a capability to process all kinds of Knitted Fabrics with a capacity to dye batch sizes ranging from 55 lbs. to 2400 lbs. or 25Kg to 1200Kg.
Our highly sophisticated Dyeing Lab is equipped with Auto Lab Dispenser, Infrared Dyeing Machine, Color Matching Cabinet and Color Spectrophotometer with a net profiler from Gretag Macbeth.
The finishing section been responsible for final product quality and offers a wide range of techniques for finishing with variable width for better efficiency and yield. We offer finishes in Tubular as well as open width.
We have deployed Singeing and Mercerizing machine which allows intensive singeing of knitted fabric producing smooth, pill-free surface free of selvedge marks along with the Mercerizing machines which are used for high quality pre-treatment resulting in higher luster, strength and dimension stability of the fabric. The company is reckoned for its extensive research in mercerizing and singeing processes in the double mercerized fabric in Knitted golf wear.
